Today was a Fitness Testing make-up day. Students who did not complete the Fitness Tests earlier in the week (curl-ups, push-ups, v-sit & reach, and trunk lift) were able to complete them today. Everyone else performed an upper and a lower body work-out. Students focused on their one upper and one lower body exercise that they will be graphing.

There was a portfolio binder check today. Students were required to bring a binder notebook (at least 1 inch thick) and place their Fitness Testing handouts in it. Students who did NOT bring a binder to class today WILL NEED to bring it on MONDAY! These students will still receive credit.
