Classes were held in the library today. Students learned how to use Microsoft Excel to organize their exercise data and create graphs. They emailed their graphs and data to themseves, as well as to Coach Bray. Students also printed their graphs and answered reflective questions related to their data.

The reflective questions from today are as follows:
1. What does the graph illustrate about your progress toward improving your fitness?
2. Reflect on this past week's data. What do you need to do to improve your fitness?

Students are to answer the questions NO LESS THAN a paragraph a piece. They are to submit their answers and graphs on Monday!!!

Fourth period class was held outside today; students performed cardiovascular fitness exercises, as well as played games.

Students are to turn in their Out of Class Activity Logs every Monday! Students must reach 120 minutes of out-of-class physical activity! Also, students need to be recording the Daily News in their paper notebooks!
