Today in class, students were introduced to two new fitness tests. Students performed 100 step-ups as well as the warm-up exercises for each test. Students learned the proper technique for both the shoulder stretch and flexed arm hang test. Then, they were given an opportunity to practice the test. The official test for both of these will be performed tomorrow.

Students also performed an upper and a lower body work-out. Students focused on their one upper and one lower body exercise that they will be graphing.

Binders were checked today for those students who did not submit one on Friday. Also, the students turned in Out-of-Class Activity Logs.

Coach Bray's class received progress reports today in class. These progress reports MUST be signed by a parent or guardian and returned TOMORROW!

Do I have to copy the daily news specifically addressed to Coach Bray's Class ?
