Students performed an upper body workout today and recorded their exercise data on their Daily Exercise Log.  Students submitted Out-of-Class Activity Logs; these logs will be due every Monday!!! They will not be accepted without an excused absence form. Students were reminded to turn in their "Which Is It" worksheet; the worksheet will be due Tuesday, October 16.

Second period's class was held in the library today. Students learned how to use Microsoft Excel to organize their exercise data and create graphs. They emailed their graphs and data to themseves, as well as to me. Second period students are required to submit updated information every Thursday (otherwise they will not be prepared for Friday's class). Also, students accessed choosemyplate.gov and created Super Tracker profiles. Students printed off their profile information and turned it in to me at the end of class.

Daily News MUST BE RECORDED in their paper notebooks. This will be for a grade! Also, students will be dressing out Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week. *Please note, for the remainder of this semester, students will be dressing out Monday-Thursday of EVERY week!
