Today students learned how to perform biceps curls, triceps kickback, and lateral arm raises. Students also took a quiz on Aerobic Activities.

Groups that have not presented will do so tomorrow in class. Friday is the last day for group presentations.

Students will take a quiz tomorrow on what they learned about performing the biceps curl.

If you checked this blog you are rewarded with the quiz questions for tomorrow's quiz:
1. What muscle is exercised when performing the biceps curl? (Biceps)

2. When you are in the upward phase of the biceps curl (curling the dumbbell toward the bicep) should you inhale or exhale? (Exhale)

3. When you are in the downward phase of the biceps curl (lowering the dumbbell back to the thigh) should you inhale or exhale? (Inhale)

4. What should you do at the end of the upward phase of the dumbbell curl? (Squeeze the muscle for a one-count)
