Students also performed an upper and a lower body work-out. Coach Bray's classes focused on 4 upper body exercises, while Coach Patton's classes focused on 4 lower body exercises. Students increased their lifting weight, and recorded it on their Daily Exercise Logs.
SIGNED progress reports were due today in Coach Bray's classes. Coach Patton's SIGNED progress reports will be due tomorrow!!! If students did not turn in a SIGNED progress report, they MUST submit it ASAP!
