Today, students in 3rd and 4th period learned the proper technique for the modified pull-up test. Coach Patton's classes had the opportunity to perform the modified pull-up test, while Coach Bray's classes finished the flexed arm hang test. Coach Bray's 1st and 2nd period classes finished the flexed arm hang as well.

Students also performed an upper and a lower body work-out. Coach Bray's classes focused on 4 lower body exercises, while Coach Patton's classes focused on 4 upper body exercises. Students increased their lifting weight, and recorded it on their Daily Exercise Logs. Students also completed their first Fitness Testing Quiz today.

1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th period classes will NOT meet tomorrow due to the school-wide Plan Test. However, students ARE EXPECTED to dress out Friday!

SIGNED progress reports were due today in Coach Patton's classes. If students did not turn in a SIGNED progress report, they MUST submit it to either Coach Bray or Coach Patton ASAP!!!
